Thank you for shopping with us at INKON. Our Return and Refund Policy aims to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Please review the guidelines below for eligibility, processes, and timelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Policy Overview

  • Return Period: 100 days from delivery date
  • Refund Processing Time: 4 business days from approval
  • Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer unless the product is defective, incorrect, or lost in transit.

100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If your INKON tattoo arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or does not develop properly after correct application, contact us within 100 days with your order number and photos. We will provide one free replacement or refund.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 100 days. Used or applied products do not need to be physically returned, but refund eligibility requires photo evidence and review by support.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at hello@inkon.co. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the steps in our Return Instructions below.

Return Conditions

We offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 100 days of delivery. No justification required.
  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, tested, or applied cannot be returned, as per international consumer protection standards. By opening or using the tattoo, you waive your right to return it.

Return Instructions

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email hello@inkon.co with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization, along with the most suitable return address depending on your location.
  3. Return Packaging: Safely package the item, ensuring all original packaging is included, and attach the return authorization form.
  4. Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, or covered by us if the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items. Contact us within 100 days of delivery, and we'll cover the return shipping costs for eligible exchanges. If an incorrect product was ordered, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the correct item.

Magic Patches and Failed Application

Magic patches are pre-applied directly on the tattoo sheets. It is completely normal not to find them separately in your package.

If your tattoo application failed despite proper use, send us a photo or video showing the issue. We'll send you a free replacement — you'll only need to cover the shipping costs.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue. We'll arrange a return at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
  • Incorrect or Missing Products: If you received the wrong items or your package is missing something, contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can choose between a free reshipment with the correct products and 3 free tattoos of your choice, or a partial refund for the missing items.
  • Stuck, Lost, or Inactive Tracking: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days, or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, contact us at hello@inkon.co. INKON stays responsible for your delivery until it's in your hands. You can choose between a free replacement (including 3 extra temporary tattoos of your choice) or a full refund. You may also contact the shipping company yourself; if the carrier refuses compensation, send us their rejection proof to help us process your case faster.
  • Tracking Says "Delivered" but Not Received: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery notification. SemTats LLC remains responsible until the product is actually delivered to you. We'll open an investigation with the shipping company and may send a new shipment with enhanced tracking in the meantime. If the investigation confirms non-delivery, we'll offer a refund or replacement at your preference. If the shipping company provides valid proof of delivery (such as a photo, signature, or code entry), SemTats LLC may consider the delivery as completed. If that proof is missing or insufficient, we'll offer a refund or free reshipment.

Processing Times

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 100 days of receiving the item.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4 business days after approval.
